Poisoning-resistant Ex sensor for zone 0

Sensors for O2, CO-LC and H2S-LC
In addition to the Ex sensor, the Dräger X-am 2500 also uses up to four different electrochemical XXS sensors, depending on the selection!
There is a choice of reliable sensors for O2, CO-LC and H2S-LC.
The CO, H2S and O2 sensors score with a particularly long service life of more than five years!
Thanks to its very high resolution, the H2S sensor also measures particularly low workplace limit values.

Extremely robust and easy to operate
Despite its complexity, the Dräger X-am is easy to operate with only two buttons.
In addition, the device is extremely robust and also protected against shocks and vibrations by rubber protection!
Thanks to dust and water protection according to IP67, the device can easily be used even after falling into water.
Even electromagnetic radiation (e.g. from radios) cannot harm the X-am 2500!
Power is supplied either by alkaline batteries or the separately available rechargeable battery pack.
Diffusion or pump operation
For clearance measurement in confined spaces, the Dräger X-am 2500 can also be used with an external pump!
After inserting the device into the pump, the pump starts automatically and performs a flow test.
Switching between pump and diffusion mode is thus quick and easy without tools!
The matching pump including accessories is available separately or as a set with the Dräger X-am 2500.
Ideal for clearance measurements in shafts and tanks as well as when searching forleaks!
Fast maintenance and calibration
Various options are available for maintenance and function tests.
With the Dräger Bumptest station you can test without current whether the sensors react to gas, whether the gas paths are blocked and whether the alarms are triggered correctly!
Functional tests can also be carried out with the Dräger X-dock calibration station.
In only 8 to 15 seconds, a gas flushing test is carried out with very low gas consumption!
Perfect for economical and time-saving management of multiple gas detectors.
Adjustable alarm limits
The gas detector has different alarm thresholds!
Alarm level A1 occurs when there is no acute danger yet, this alarm can be terminated by the user.
With the main alarm A2 there is danger to life, the danger area must be left immediately!
With Dräger's CC-Vision program, you can change the alarm limits or adapt them to the work area.
To do this, simply connect the Dräger X-am 2500 to the PC via USB and set it with the configuration and evaluation software!
